umbrella within the BCN The Enterprise Technology CoE provides specialized support on Tech Strategy, Transformation, and Roadmap projects for Bain clients across industries The ET CoE team acts as the analytical and delivery arm of Bains ET Practice, providing expertise in: Building and deploying Enterprise Technology diagnostics Delivering core technology products for consulting teams Working directly with clients to support technology transformations Integrating new and emerging technologies such as AI and automation into diagnostics WHAT YOULL DO: Work closely with team leads to build and deploy ET diagnostic tools and contribute actively to IP development Quick ramp up ability Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools Ensure timely, high quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output produced by the analysts Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions Learn how to make businesses more valuable and responsible for generating specific industry or company insights, to support global Bain case teams, client development teams and industry practices Take responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses Effectively understand the work plan and execute it (includes industry research, preparing presentations, data analysis and other initiatives) Identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for own work stream Ensure zero-defect analysis in own work stream ensuring key questions are answered in a timely manner Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations Communicate data, knowledge and insight to the entire team Generate and screen realistic solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions; recognize different skills and development needs in oneself and work towards it ABOUT YOU: Candidates should be graduates / post-graduates with strong academic record Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies 2-5 yearsofrelevant experience in a professional services context Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies 0-3 yearsofrelevant experience in a professional services context Ideal candidates have a strong consulting mindset and have contributed to client-facing engagements in areas such as technology modernization, Tech strategy, Tech cost optimization etc Experience in digital transformation delivery, experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX Youll help design and deploy scalable technology solutions, leverage advanced LLMs like ChatGPT, and implement autonomous agents to drive measurable business value Knowledge of using and deploying automation in Digital transformation projects to improve efficiency Knowledge of advanced GenAI is a plus Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Alteryx and Tableau & languages such as python, SQL is required Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure WHAT MAKES US A GREAT PLACE TO WORK: We are proud to be consistently recognized as one of the world's best places to work, a champion of diversity and a model of social responsibility We are currently ranked the #1 consulting firm on Glassdoors Best Places to Work list, and we have maintained a spot in the top four on Glassdoor's list for the last 12 years We believe that diversity, inclusion and collaboration is key to building extraordinary teams We hire people with exceptional talents, abilities and potential, then create an environment where you can become the best version of yourself and thrive both professionally and personally We are publicly recognized by external parties such as Fortune, Vault, Mogul, Working Mother, Glassdoor and the Human Rights Campaign for being a great place to work for diversity and inclusion, women, LGBTQ and parents,
