Audit: We do specialized audit projects. We review your bank transactions, receipts & invoices and provide an detailed report to submit with IRS. The Tax Preparer is responsible for preparing and filing accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses in compliance with U.S. tax laws. The role involves reviewing financial records, identifying potential deductions and credits, ensuring compliance, and providing excellent client service during the tax preparation process. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file individual (Form 1040) and business (Forms 1120, 1065, etc.) tax returns. Review financial records, income statements, and expenses to determine tax liability. Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and current tax codes. Identify tax-saving opportunities, deductions, and credits for clients. Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and clarify discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal data. Assist clients with IRS correspondence and audits as needed. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. Maintain organized and accurate client files and documentation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
