Quality Systems Manager Bahadurgarh 5 - 31 years INR 6.0 - 7.2 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

Manage overall Quality Management system implementation in the organization. Perform customer Audits (Systems Audits, Process Audits & PPAP Audits) Closer of Customer complaints, Non-conformances reports. Organize and lead ISO recertification and surveillance reports. Conduct periodic internal audits and review safety compliance issues. report all findings in writing, and verbally to the plant management. Oversee Production management quality processes Ensure Safety and disaster management system is in compliance with regulatory requirements with local, state and central governments. Work with Site Manager on operational efficiency by eliminating obsolescence & achieving cost reduction. Lead site team on RCA (root cause analysis) using appropriate tools. Provide 5’S & other Safety training to workers. Set up and maintain Systems files of documents and training records. Other duties as assigned by senior management. Qualifications And Skills- B.S. in Engineering with 5-8 years professional experience or equivalent. Experience in good ISO management programs is required. Excellent computer literacy, including email, MS word & Excel is required. An ability to maintain an organized work area with attention to detail, and successfully manage multiple priorities is necessary.
