Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, promoting our range of packaging machinery, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain our packaging machines and services. Generate qualified leads and maintain a database of potential customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions. Follow up on inquiries and maintain relationships with existing clients. Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Maintain accurate call records and customer information in CRM. Provide feedback from customers to improve marketing and product strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferably in industrial or machinery sectors). Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Basic knowledge of packaging machines or industrial equipment will be an advantage.
