Power System Applications Engineer (ADMS/EMS)

As a Power System Applications Engineer (ADMS/EMS) at the company, your role involves understanding customer application modeling needs and designing metamodels, as well as transforming data to target database formats with a strong understanding of CIM. You will collaborate with customers on model migration and data conversion for advanced Power Systems Application and SCADA. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing EMS, ADMS, and SCADA systems, contributing to and leading advanced Power Systems Application software development, and engaging with customers, mainly Electric Utilities for Transmission and Distribution System Operators. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer application modeling needs and design metamodels - Transform data to target database formats with a strong understanding of CIM - Work with customers on model migration and data conversion for advanced Power Systems Application and SCADA - Implement EMS, ADMS, and SCADA systems - Contribute and lead advanced Power Systems Application software development - Engage with Electric Utilities for Transmission and Distribution System Operators - Define functional software specifications, design, code, test, integrate, deliver, and maintain software - Provide domain knowledge and technical leadership to a team of electric power application software engineers - Ensure software delivery is on schedule and meets customer expectations Qualifications Required: - Knowledge and experience with electric utility industry practices - Functional understanding of Outage Management, Distribution Management, or Energy Management applications for Power Utilities - Exposure to CIM and other model exchange formats - Hands-on experience with Data Modeling - Experience implementing OMS, DMS, and EMS software configurations - Proven software design and development skills at the application and technical area level - Programming skills and Database skills in SQL/PLSQL Good to have skills: - Knowledge of programming skills like C++, C#, Java - Linux knowledge If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and career aspirations, the company looks forward to receiving your application.,
