Need to manage customers and do sales in shop ( paints experience centre) - Coordinate and prepare purchase orders, invoices etc. - Follow up on payments etc. - Support the sales team with product details etc. - Convince in-bound customer's - Manage full store operations
Responsibilities Stock and Inventory: Receive, unload, and store deliveries. Restock shelves with new products and ensure they are organized and correctly priced. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Store Maintenance: Keep the store and storage areas clean, tidy, and sanitary. This includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers by answering questions and helping them find products. Help with carrying items to the checkout. Sales Support: Support sales staff during busy periods and help with tasks like setting up displays. Safety and Operations Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or 10th or 12th-grade pass is often preferred. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work well in a team is important. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move heavy objects, and be able to stand and walk for long periods. Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus, but not always required. Language: Basic proficiency in Kannada and Hindi, English is often required
