Job Description

As a Power Programmer at our organization, you will be a key member of the Global Delivery team, focused on developing a group of Full Stack Developers. Your primary responsibility will involve working on intricate engineering projects, platforms, and marketplaces for our clients by leveraging emerging technologies. You will proactively stay updated with the latest technology trends and will be continuously trained to be versatile in multiple programming languages. Your role as a Power Programmer will require you to be proactive in addressing end customer challenges through innovative solutions. You will be deeply involved in the design and coding aspects of projects, ensuring end-to-end contributions to technology-driven development initiatives. Operating in an Agile environment, you will be responsible for delivering solutions with minimal system requirements. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role as you engage with other Power Programmers, contribute to the Open Source community, and actively participate in tech user groups. You will have the opportunity to engage in custom development projects, work on large-scale digital platforms and marketplaces, and tackle complex engineering projects using cloud-native architecture. Working with leading Fortune 500 companies, you will immerse yourself in cutting-edge technologies, co-creating and developing new products and platforms to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your involvement in Open Source initiatives will be crucial, as you continuously enhance your skills in the latest technology domains. As a Power Programmer, you will also play a part in incubating tech user groups and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization. Your passion for technology and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and initiatives.,
