Description We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to enhance business operations and improve customer engagement. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and modules. Implement and configure CRM solutions to meet client needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct user training and prepare documentation on CRM solutions. Skills and Qualifications 5-9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization. Strong knowledge of CRM modules such as Customer Service. Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for custom development. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,power portal). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. we are looking immediate to 30 days notice period candidate.

You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to developing, deploying, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is essential to be proficient in the MS CRM D365 cloud platform and 365 On-premises. Experience with implementing CRM cloud, Marketing, and customer service modules is a must. Your technical skills should include: - Development and deployment of custom plugins - Developing SSIS packages and third-party integration using Kingsway Soft - Integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems and data sources - Proficiency in SQL server scripting, including writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications throughout the production life cycle - Developing and designing technical solutions for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dynamics CRM JScript C plugins, web Services, systems integration, workflows - Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns such as SOAP web services, RESTful APIs, API management, SOA frameworks, and options like ETL for inbound and outbound API integrations - Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integration with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, BizTalk, and Common Data Services - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, and Dataverse CDS Nice to have skills include experience with environmental setup installation and configuration, backup and restores, plugin development, and workflow development. Other requirements for this role include a willingness to work on application development and support projects in accordance with the UAE business calendar and holidays. As a System Analyst - PowerApps, you will: Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and fully understand requirements using appropriate methods. Collaborate with technical leads to analyze business requirements and determine suitable technical solutions. Participate in design reviews to enhance the quality of application design. Develop, test, and debug PowerApps applications (Canvas, Power Pages, and Model-Driven) as per requirements. Integrate PowerApps with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other third-party systems. Write optimized and secure code for allocated modules, adhering to best coding practices. Develop custom connectors and leverage APIs to extend Power Platform functionalities. Build workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate. Implement and enforce security and governance standards for PowerApps applications, including role-based access control. Maintain technical documentation and provide updates on project status to the reporting authority. Skills Required : 5+ Years of experience in designing and developing Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and workflows. Proficiency in Power Automate for building and maintaining automated workflows. Familiarity with FetchXML, JavaScript, Power Fx, or other scripting languages. In-depth understanding of security concepts like role-based access and authentication mechanisms in Power Platform. Problem-solving and debugging skills to troubleshoot applications effectively.
