Description
We are seeking a Power Platform Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions . The ideal candidate should have expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 CE , with a strong focus on solution architecture, development best practices, and team mentoring . Responsibilities: Drive power platform implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment. Lead system architecture design in partnership with development teams, defining customization Provide technical mentorship and upskilling for the development team Lead end-user training and create documentation for knowledge transfer. Propose technical solutions based on client needs and ensure the scalability and maintainability of the system Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps) for enterprise applications. Build and optimize Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes. Customize and configure Power Pages websites, including lists, forms, web pages, page templates, web roles, and security settings. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Project Operations, Field Service and marketing) modules. Develop C# plugins, JavaScript, and XRM Toolbox customizations for Dynamics 365. Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and external data sources. Design scalable and secure Power Platform & Dynamics 365 architectures . Implement Power Platform governance, security, and compliance best practices . Optimize performance of Power page, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 . Lead the developers, ensuring on-time delivery and quality assurance . Implement Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and deployment automation. Use Git, TFS, VSTS for source control and version management. Apply Agile methodologies to projects. Requirements: Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps for enterprise solutions. Customize forms, views, and dashboards to enhance user experience. Integrate Power Apps with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and external APIs . Automate business processes with Cloud Flows to integrate across multiple services. Implement Desktop Flows (RPA) for automating legacy applications. Optimize and troubleshoot flow performance to improve efficiency. Securely manage data flow and approvals across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems . Configure and customize Power Pages . Manage web roles, entity permissions, and authentication methods for security. Design and customize web pages, entity forms, web forms, and templates to enhance user interaction. Integrate Power Pages with Dataverse and external services . Design and implement a scalable data model using Dataverse entities, fields, and relationships . Apply role-based security, field-level security, and business rules to enforce data governance. Optimize Dataverse performance using views, indexes, and auditing. Integrate Dataverse with external systems using virtual tables, APIs, and connectors . Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE modules to fit business requirements. Implement workflows, business process flows, and business rules to automate processes. Develop and maintain C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and Power Automate flows . Perform data migrations and integrations with legacy CRM and ERP systems. Leverage XRM Toolbox for advanced customization, data migration, and security management. Develop custom JavaScript for enhanced form validation and automation. Build C# plugins and custom workflow activities for extending Dynamics 365 functionality. Optimize code performance and maintainability following best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements . Create functional and technical specification documents for development teams. Ensure alignment with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 best practices . Collaborate with end-users to conduct gap analysis and solution validation . Implement CI/CD pipelines for solution deployments using Azure DevOps. Use Git, TFS, and VSTS for version control and collaborative development. Automate deployment processes to ensure quality, security, and efficiency . Troubleshoot and resolve merge conflicts, branching strategies, and deployment failures . Lead Agile development cycles using Scrum/Kanban methodologies. Define and track sprint goals, backlog items, and project milestones . Implement Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for Power Platform solutions
