Job Title: Power Platform Developer Job Type: Full time Experience Level: 3 to 4 years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI and Power Apps Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing data and technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and business applications that support strategic decision-making and business operations. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to transform data into actionable insights and efficient business applications. Key Responsibilities: Power BI Development: Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance. Write efficient DAX queries for data modeling and analysis. Perform data transformation using Power Query (M Language) . Integrate Power BI with various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, and cloud services. Optimize data models and implement row-level security for scalable and secure solutions. Schedule and automate data refresh and report delivery processes. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs. Power Apps Development: Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). Create business logic using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow). Connect Power Apps with various connectors such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, Excel, and third-party APIs. Ensure usability, responsiveness, and accessibility of apps across devices. Maintain and enhance existing Power Apps solutions based on feedback and evolving requirements. Implement security roles and permissions within Power Platform applications. Data & Integration: Work with APIs, Azure services, and connectors to integrate data from different platforms . Ensure data governance, compliance, and integrity across applications and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4 to 5 years of professional experience with Power BI and Power Apps . Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling techniques . Solid understanding of relational databases, SQL, and cloud-based data solutions ( Azure preferred). Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or Data Analyst Associate. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Exposure to governance and administration of Power Platform environments.
