Based in India, the company aims to address the challenges of complex Mega Projects by providing superior Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) capabilities. The goal is to ensure projects are completed within time and budget, thus creating significant value. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Civil & Structural, located in Angul. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks will include managing project timelines, coordinating between various teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and mitigating risks to avoid delays and cost overruns. The role also requires frequent site inspections and interactions with contractors and stakeholders to secure successful project delivery. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Civil and Structural EngineeringExperience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and deliveryExcellent leadership and team coordination skillsProficiency in safety standards and regulatory complianceAbility to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and on-siteBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plusExperience in the EPCM industry is highly beneficial
