Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements. Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS reports. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews. Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities. Support HR team in onboarding and induction activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
