You should be a Postgraduate/Graduate in Electronics or Electronics & Communication with a minimum of 15-18 years of experience in industrial product design. Your expertise should include designing and developing analog and mixed designs, power supply (AC/DC, DC/DC & SMPS) designs, and microcontroller-based embedded products. You should have a strong understanding of communication/interfacing protocols such as I2C, SPI, RS232, RS485, Modbus RTU, Ethernet, etc. Additionally, you should be comfortable leading a team of hardware, software, and PCB layout engineers.
