Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a MWS Engineer based in Chennai, allowing some work from home flexibility. The MWS Engineer will be responsible for the design, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Workstation Systems. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, managing security protocols, and providing technical support to end-users. The MWS Engineer will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient and effective IT solutions. Qualifications Strong skills in Microsoft Workstation Systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in system management Ability to provide technical support and customer service to end-users Excellent communication and teamwork skills Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
