Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development Promote and sell VFDs and automation products to industrial customers and OEMs. Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential clients. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to meet sales targets and expand market reach. Assist in pricing, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations. Service & Technical Support Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning support for VFDs and automation systems. Diagnose and resolve product or system failures, ensuring minimal downtime. Support channel partners and end customers with warranty, AMC, and post-sales service needs. Maintain service records and ensure timely response to service requests. Preferred candidate profile Dynamic and technically skilled Electrical or Electronics Engineer to manage the sales, service, technical support, and marketing activities for our VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and other industrial automation products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a network of distributors and channel partners, offering pre-sales and post-sales support, conducting technical training, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving business growth.

Role & responsibilities Technical Skills: Knowledge of VFD operation, configuration, and parameterization. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP). Understanding of motor control applications and automation system design. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong customer focus. Problem-solving mind-set and ability to work under pressure. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites and distributor locations. Preferred candidate profile 2 - 3 years of experience in sales/service of industrial automation products, especially VFDs. Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of VFDs and PLC-based systems. Experience in customer-facing technical support roles is highly desirable.
