Power BI, SQL-Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities and optimizing business processes through data analytics. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards to cater to the needs of business stakeholders. This involves gathering and comprehending business requirements for data visualization and analysis, collaborating with data engineers and analysts to acquire and transform data, creating complex DAX calculations, and deploying ETL Packages into SQL Server. Additionally, ensuring data security and compliance with best practices, troubleshooting Power BI report issues, providing end-user training and support, and staying updated with the latest Power BI features and trends are also key aspects of your role. Availability during the 2-11 PM (IST) time frame is required, and spending approximately 25% of your time in customer-facing (virtual) meetings is expected.
