Power BI Plus Azure Data Engineer

As an Azure Data Engineer + Power BI Senior Consultant at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft BI technologies and collaborate with various teams within Consulting services. You will play a crucial role in managing multiple client engagements, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Your responsibilities will include designing and building ETL processes, working with Data Dicks, Scala, Spark, SQL, and developing SQL Schema and Database Schema. Furthermore, your role will involve collaborating with other team members, managing senior stakeholders, and leading teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage multiple client engagements effectively. - Analyze business requirements and create appropriate information architecture and solution approach. - Independently gather requirements, cleanse, extract, and load data. - Translate business requirements into technical code. - Design and build ETL processes using Azure Data Factory for data transformation. - Develop solutions in Data Dicks, Scala, Spark, SQL for data analysis. - Design SQL Schema, Database Schema, stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL queries. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Collaborate with team members to plan engagements and develop work program timelines. - Manage senior stakeholders effectively. - Experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines. - Proficiency in Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Data Modelling, DAX, Power Query, Microsoft Fabric. - Strong skills in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and visualizations. - Experience with Azure Databricks, Spark, PySpark, and big data processing. - Good understanding of Azure services related to data engineering. - Strong SQL skills and experience with database management. - Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning services. - Excellent written and communication skills. - Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree. - 4-7 years of experience, preferably in a professional services firm. - Excellent communication skills with consulting experience preferred.
