Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Engineer | Service Manager

Role Overview: As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing, publishing, and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. You will build complex DAX measures, calculated tables, and data models for optimal performance. Managing Power BI workspaces, datasets, and deployment pipelines will also be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will design and implement data refresh schedules, security roles (RLS), and usage monitoring to optimize report performance and implement visual best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, publish, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports. - Build complex DAX measures, calculated tables, and data models for optimal performance. - Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and deployment pipelines. - Design and implement data refresh schedules, security roles (RLS), and usage monitoring. - Optimize report performance, reduce query latency, and implement visual best practices. Qualifications Required: Must-Have: - 6+ years of experience with Power BI (reporting, data modeling, DAX). - Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure data tools. - Understanding and passion for service ownership, with a strong commitment to delivering value and ensuring service excellence. - Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and cloud-based analytics platforms. - Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and query optimization. - Hands-on with CI/CD for BI, deployment pipelines, and DevOps principles. - Knowledge of Power BI Premium, capacities, and performance tuning. Nice-to-Have: - Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-300, DP-500, DP-600). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure Monitor, or other governance and monitoring tools. - Exposure to AI/ML integrations with Power BI and Fabric.,
