Job Description

About the Role:

Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports using Power BI.
Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and data models.
Write complex
SQL queries
for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
Optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability.
Implement data security and user access controls within Power BI.
Maintain documentation of solutions, data definitions, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience
in BI/reporting, with
Power BI development
.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
writing complex queries, stored procedures, and working with large datasets.
Experience in data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), DAX, and Power Query.
Hands-on experience in data visualization best practices.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
