Power BI Architect

As an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) professional with 12+ years of experience, your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end Power BI solutions. This includes creating Interactive and Paginated Reporting and building efficient, scalable semantic models using DAX and Power BI best practices. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, optimizing data performance, visualizations, and user experience across reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions for Interactive and Paginated Reporting. - Build efficient and scalable semantic models using DAX and Power BI best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements. - Optimize data performance, visualizations, and user experience across reports and dashboards. - Guide and mentor BI developers and analysts to enhance team capability. Qualifications Required: - 9+ years of experience in BI, with a strong focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. - Deep hands-on expertise in semantic modeling and report distribution (mandatory). - Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced data modeling. - Skilled in Power BI Apps, Subscriptions, and deployment best practices. - Experience with Dynamic RLS, Field Parameters, and Calculation Groups. - Proficient in Dataflow Gen1 & Gen2 and Deployment Pipelines. - Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps). - Strong knowledge of Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture, Warehouse, and OneLake. - Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms.
