Power Automate Engineer - .Net

Roles and Responsibilities:

Workflow Development & Automation

• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) to streamline business processes.
• Interact with various external data sources to perform CRUD operations.
• Modify and debug existing workflows by adding new actions, conditions, and logic as required.
• Design and implement business processes using out-of-the-box Microsoft Power Automate capabilities.

Client Engagement & Support

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client challenges and troubleshoot as needed.
• Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Solution Design & Process Improvement

• Identify areas for automation and optimization using Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage Microsoft Automate or Azure Logic Apps to drive process efficiency.

Technical Integration

• Develop and connect child flows and utilize custom connectors where needed.
• Customize SharePoint Online lists and integrate with Power Automate flows.
• Utilize Dataverse and SQL knowledge to enhance data-driven automation processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop) features, functions, and limitations.
• Ability to create business and IT workflows with out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Experience creating and connecting child flows within Microsoft Automate.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 stack including SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and MS SQL.
• Basic scripting or development knowledge in PowerShell, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and business-to-technology translation abilities.
