Power Automate Desktop Support Engineer

As a Power Automate Desktop Support Engineer at NTT DATA, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience in developing at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows - Have experience in SQL data queries with/without PAD flows - Knowledge in any other programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, Angular JS, or Node.JS - Familiarity with other RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere - Supporting Power Automate projects - Proficiency in utilizing ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy, Jira, or others - Understanding/experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is preferred - Supporting the Hypercare period after the go-live - Ability to work in rotational monthly shifts Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Power Automate - Minimum 1+ year of experience in SQL - 0-2 years of experience in Automation Anywhere NTT DATA, a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, is committed to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
