Core Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design and Development
• Develop visually appealing and intuitive Power Apps Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Ensure an optimal user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Custom App Creation
• Build custom n-tier applications leveraging Power Apps components such as forms, galleries, and custom controls.
• Implement responsive design to ensure mobile-friendly application performance.
• Integration
• Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, Excel, and external APIs.
• Enable seamless business workflows by connecting Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
• Workflow Automation
• Use Power Automate to automate processes, streamline operations, and connect applications across platforms.
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering
• Work closely with business stakeholders and analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and provide user training and support as needed.
• Testing, Maintenance, and Support
• Test applications for performance, usability, and security.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
• Documentation and Best Practices
• Document development processes and solutions.
• Adhere to best practices and stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates.
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration for custom front-end logic.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with mobile-friendly application development.
