You will have the freedom to innovate and collaborate with top minds in instructional design and organizational development to bring extraordinary ideas to life. In addition to video editing, you will delve into instructional design, visual communication strategy, and design thinking, enhancing your creative skills for the future. Your responsibilities will include producing and editing high-quality videos for learning, branding, and storytelling purposes, creating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance the learning experience, and collaborating closely with instructional designers and industry experts to transform ideas into visually engaging content. You will ensure that all videos align with Questorik's brand guidelines and creative standards, handle color grading, sound syncing, and post-production enhancements, and manage your creative workflow with full production autonomy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in video production and editing, proficiency in motion graphics creation, and ideally, graphic design experience. An eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling is essential, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities. You should be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple projects effectively. Proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro (or similar) is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.
