Roles & Responsibilities

• Design posters, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
• Brainstorm with the creative/marketing teams to develop impactful design concepts.
• Translate ideas into engaging, visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Research design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
• Ensure designs are optimized for both digital and print formats.

Qualifications

• Open to students or graduates from any degree background – creativity matters more than titles.
• Familiar with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
• A good sense of color, layout, and typography.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and originality.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to take constructive feedback.
• Bonus: Knowledge of illustration or motion graphics.
