We are seeking a Sr. Executive CRM to handle all aspects of post-sales customer relationship management. You will be responsible for payment collection follow-ups, customer communication, and recovery and collection efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong command of the English language, and the ability to handle one-on-one client interactions, including agreement drafting and possession handling. Roles & Responsibilities: Post-Sales CRM : Handle all post-sales CRM activities, including regular customer follow-ups and addressing their doubts and clarifications. Financial Management : Manage payment collection, follow-ups, and handle recovery and collection processes. Documentation & Reporting : Assist with agreement drafting and manage collection and registration reporting. Possession Handling : Oversee the process of handing over property possession to customers. Skills Required: Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language. Expertise in handling post-sales collection, recovery, and credit collection . Proven ability to handle one-to-one client interaction and provide smart, clear answers. Experience in real estate , including tasks like agreement drafting and possession handling. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
