Role: Post-Placement Operations & Compliance Specialist (US IT Staffing)

Location: Hyderabad - Ramanthapur, Uppal
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 1-5+ Years

About the Role

This role is responsible for all activities that occur after a candidate accepts an offer, including collecting and organizing required documentation, coordinating background checks, tracking payment schedules, and issuing invoices to ensure a smooth onboarding and post-placement process.

Responsibilities

Compliance & Documentation

• Collect offer letters, onboarding documents, and employment agreements.
• Ensure I-9, W-4, direct deposit, and client-required onboarding documents are completed.
• Track background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain audit-ready consultant files.

Placement Administration

• Confirm joining dates.
• Track first-day attendance.
• Monitor 30-day and 60-day retention milestones.
• Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and HR.

Billing & Collections

• Generate placement invoices.
• Track consultant payment obligations, where applicable.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Reconcile received payments against expected schedules.
• Escalate overdue accounts when necessary.

Risk Management

• Identify no-show risks.
• Monitor early termination risks.
• Ensure all exceptions are documented and approved.
• Maintain written records of agreements and amendments.

Compensation and designation will be based on the candidate's experience and skill set.
