Posh Rehab and Fitness Hub is seeking a proactive and responsible female candidate to join our growing team as a Clinic Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have a background in healthcare management or hospital administration, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling the daily operations of the clinic while assisting the management in business coordination and growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors, patients, and staff to ensure effective communication. Assist the owner in business coordination, planning, and administration. Handle client interactions, appointments, and documentation professionally. Ensure efficient functioning of all departments within the clinic. Support marketing, events, and outreach activities when required. Qualifications & Requirements: Educational background in MSW, MBA (Healthcare Management), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare field. Valid driving license is mandatory. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Passionate about healthcare, patient service, and teamwork.
