About the Role: We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Strategist who is both creative and strategic — someone who can design modern, eye-catching posters and run high-performing Meta ad campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining design, marketing, and data-driven strategy to grow brand presence online. Key Responsibilities: Create modern, attractive, and brand-aligned posters and ad creatives for social media Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for maximum results Manage and grow social media pages across multiple platforms Develop content strategies and marketing ideas to enhance engagement and reach Track analytics, measure campaign performance, and prepare actionable reports Requirements: Proven experience in Meta Ads management and campaign optimization Strong design skills – ability to create modern, visually appealing posters (Canva, Ilustrator or similar tools) Good understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Work Mode: Office & Hybrid - primarily based in Kochi, with flexibility for remote work when required How to Apply: Please submit your CV and portfolio showcasing your poster designs and ad campaign results.
