As a Risk Strategy Specialist in the credit cards domain, your primary responsibility will be to develop end-to-end risk strategies encompassing acquisition, portfolio management, authorization, and collections. Your role will require you to design risk acquisition strategies for credit cards targeting both open market and existing postpaid customers. Leveraging bureau-based insights and alternate data sources will be crucial for assessing early and potential losses. You will need to conduct early assessments of segment-level loss rates and take prompt actions based on the insights derived. Launching challenger segments and quantifying the expected benefits and losses from these initiatives will be part of your strategic responsibilities. Close collaboration with the Product team will be essential for recommending policy or workflow changes to mitigate risks effectively. Having a detailed understanding of in-house systems and the ability to adapt legacy systems when necessary will be vital for your success in this role. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, and Business units is essential for setting up and monitoring underwriting and portfolio strategies. You will also be responsible for taking portfolio actions based on offus behavior triggers from bureau or alternate data sources. You will be expected to promote a self-service culture by leveraging Risk reporting trends and behaviors to enhance reporting and analytics toolsets for maximum utilization. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 5 years of experience in Risk Analytics or Portfolio Management within the Financial Services/Fintech industry, with a focus on Credit Cards or Unsecured Loans. You are a motivated and client-focused Wealth Management Associate / Advisor who is interested in joining a financial advisory team in Trivandrum, Kerala. You should have 2 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning, and possess a strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio strategies, and client relationship management.
