The position you are applying for is a permanent, full-time role located in Mangalore. With a minimum of 10 years of experience, you will be required to possess a unique blend of technical process design skills and commercial acumen in technical sales and customer relationship management. Your proven track record should demonstrate your ability to lead process design throughout technical proposal preparation and project execution. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering. Your responsibilities will include having knowledge in cooling tower, boiler, chiller, portable water, and swimming pool chemical treatment. Additionally, familiarity with dosing systems, controllers, water testing kits, various water treatment chemicals, and the chemistry behind treatment is essential. You should be able to provide effective solutions for corrosion, scaling, and microbiological issues in the relevant systems, as well as disinfection using different technologies. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage projects, coordinate teams of experts, and handle managerial and administrative processes. Generating and handling sales inquiries, financial management and reporting, as well as possessing strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities are also crucial for this role.
