You will be responsible for performing process design of water & waste water plants, drawing from a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. Your role will involve combining technical process design skills with commercial expertise in technical sales and customer relationship management. You should have a proven track record in leading process design activities during both technical proposal preparation and project execution. To qualify for this position, you must possess a Masters or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) with a specialization in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering. An MBA degree would be preferred. Your responsibilities will include having a basic understanding of water and waste water chemistry, as well as knowledge in designing sewage treatment plants, industrial effluent treatment plants, UF/RO/MBR/recycling plants, filters, softeners, ZLD, etc. You should be familiar with the design of water and waste water treatment plants, including testing, analysis, and troubleshooting. Exposure to commissioning and piloting processes will be advantageous. In addition, you will be involved in project management, coordinating a team of experts, and handling managerial and administrative processes. You should be capable of generating and managing sales enquiries, as well as handling financial management and reporting. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, are essential for this role.
