Job_Description":" USER ACQUISITION MANAGER/EXPERT /LEAD Garden City Games seeks ahighly analytical and results-driven Performance UA Manager to lead our useracquisition and growth marketing initiatives. About Garden City Games: We develop free-to-play mobile and social games enjoyed by millionsworldwide. The Bangalore-based studio employs over 100 talented professionalsto create exceptional games for phones, tablets, and desktops. Previously known as PopReach, Garden City Games was established by prominent figures in the mobile gaming industry. It oversees popular intellectualproperties such as Smurfs Village, War of Nations, Kingdoms of Camelot, andKitchen Scramble, which have garnered over 400 million lifetimedownloads. The Opportunity: As a Performance UA Manager, you play a pivotal role in drivingcustomer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our key products andchannels. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive paidmedia strategies, managing significant marketing budgets, and leveraging datato deliver measurable ROI. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understandingof the performance marketing landscape, and a passion for continuousoptimization and innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally withproduct, design, analytics, brand, and commercial teams to achieve our ambitious growth targets. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities): Develop, implement, and optimizecomprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Meta Ads,Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) to drive user acquisition,engagement, and retention. Manage and forecast million-dollarpromotional and media budgets, ensuring optimal allocationand maximizing ROI/ROAS. Analyze campaign performancerigorously, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizationthrough A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. Lead innovation in promotionalmechanics, strategies, and creative execution, optimizing for conversion andbusiness impact. Own the end-to-end projectmanagement of performance marketing campaigns, from ideation andconceptualization to execution, monitoring, and reporting. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Analytics, and Business Operations, to ensure alignment, optimize funnels, and deliver high-quality, legally compliantcreative assets. Develop and implement App StoreOptimization (ASO) strategies to enhance app visibility and increase organic downloads, including keyword research and optimizing listings. (If applicable) Identify and assess new acquisitionchannels, partners, and opportunities to expand user acquisition efforts. Develop and nurture strongrelationships with user acquisition partners and platform representatives tounlock further value and opportunities. Develop and maintain detailedperformance reports and dashboards, offering regular updates andrecommendations to stakeholders. Keep up with the latest trends andbest practices in performance marketing, the mobile app ecosystem, and marketing technology. Requirements What We Are Looking For (Qualifications): Bachelordegree in Marketing,Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry. Over 5 years of experience inperformance marketing, primarily focusing on paid media, customer acquisition,and retention in the B2C sector, ideally in a fast-paced, free-to-play, mobileapp. Proven track record of success inmanaging and optimizing complex paid media campaigns with significant budgetsto achieve substantial business impact (e.g., revenue, growth, ROAS). Highly skilled in utilizinganalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, or similardata platforms) and advanced Excel. A strong understanding of theeffects of promotions on financial performance, customer behavior, useracquisition algorithms, and incremental KPIs. Experience with marketingtechnology, such as conversion APIs and mobile measurement partners, along withproficiency in building campaigns directly using platform Ads Manager tools,including Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads Manager. Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving skills with a consulting mindset, demonstrated ability totranslate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. Proven effective in project management, highly organized, and adept at independentlymanaging complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and creative teams. Resourceful, endlessly curious, andadaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Strong level of ownership,accountability, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders acrossdifferent projects. Interest in video games is preferred. Knowledge of SQL and/or Python/R is a plus.
