Pool Operator

The Operator is responsible for the day to day operation, maintenance, and safety of the swimming pool. The role ensures water quality standards, proper functioning of equipment and a safe environment for all the users.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain swimming pool systems, including pumps, filters and dosing equipment.
• Monitor and maintain pool water quality (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.)
• Perform regular cleaning of pool, deck area and filtration units.
• Record daily operational water quality parameters.
• Identify and report equipment faults or safety hazards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pool chemicals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of pool operation and water treatment.
• Experience in swimming pool maintenance preferred.
• Ability to handle chemicals safely.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
• Pool Operator or related certification( preferred but not mandatory)

Candidates residing in or around Wayanad will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
