Pool Operator

A pool Operator is responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of swimming pools. This includes water quality management, equipment inspection, and ensuring that the pool facility meets health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain water quality (pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity, hardness).
• Operate and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators and valves.
• Conduct regular backwashing, vacuuming and skimming of the pool.
• Maintain pool cleanliness including deck areas and surrounding facilities.
• Keep accurate daily logs of chemical readings, maintenance and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with the pool system or equipment.
• Handles chemical storage and dosing safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and service requirements.
• Report any hazards, malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic knowledge of STP/WTP systems, pumps and water treatment.
• Experience in pool operation or facility maintenance preferred.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Good observation, record keeping and time management skills.

Candidates from Aluva or nearby areas are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
