The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage equipment inspections. Key responsibilities include ensuring machinery operates efficiently, managing maintenance schedules, and supervising maintenance staff to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance techniques Expertise in performing Inspections and routine Maintenance work Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work on-site in Gorakhpur Experience in the mining and metals industry is a plus Relevant technical certification or degree preferred
