We’re looking for a System Administrator & Facility Manager to oversee our plant’s IT infrastructure and facility operations — ensuring everything runs seamlessly, safely, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain ERP systems, networks, servers, and CCTV operations. Troubleshoot IT and hardware issues; ensure data backup and security. Oversee plant utilities, electrical systems, housekeeping, and maintenance. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repairs, and facility supplies. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards. Maintain asset and equipment records with regular preventive maintenance. Support operational efficiency by optimizing power and facility resources. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Diploma or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in system administration & facility management (manufacturing preferred). Strong technical knowledge of networking, ERP, and plant maintenance systems. Hands-on, proactive, and organized with excellent communication skills.
