Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our dynamic team in Gurugram . As an Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects and ensuring that our design standards are met. You will collaborate closely with various teams to create compelling visual content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Design and develop engaging user interfaces (UI) that enhance user experience across various platforms. Utilize your expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5 to create interactive and visually appealing web designs. Produce high-quality motion graphics and video content using After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product management, to deliver cohesive design solutions. Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and competitive. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. Proficiency in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver , and other industry-standard tools. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively. Ability to work on-site in a full-time capacity during day hours. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
