You may be assessed on critical skills such as experience, meeting business requirements, and job-specific skill sets. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in information systems or computer science or any equivalent. - Strong understanding of Information Security and Data Leakage. - Ability to use SIEM tooling to identify, examine, triage cyber incidents, collaborating with other technology teams as required. - Effective identification and management of Cyber Information risk. **Desirable Skillsets/Good to Have:** - Work effectively with technology teams to resolve high-impact security exceptions or blockers. - Assess processes end to end, identify/recommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. - Effective Stakeholder Management skills. This role will be based out of Pune. **Purpose of the Role:** To provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and support the mitigation of security risk. **Accountabilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their security requirements in business processes and IT projects. - Execution of risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential cybersecurity threats. - Collaboration with business units to develop and implement security policies and procedures. - Management of the implementation, testing, and monitoring of security controls across the banks IT systems. - Execution of training content and sessions to educate employees and enhance cybersecurity awareness. - Management of complex cybersecurity incidents and identification of emerging cybersecurity trends. As an Assistant Vice President, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. Collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions and lead a team performing complex tasks while setting objectives and coaching employees.
