Role Description This is an internship role for an Operations & Business Development Intern (Malayalam Speaking) situated in Kochi (strict requirement). The intern will be responsible for supporting operational and business development activities, including sales tasks which involves reaching out to local hosts in and around Kochi to help them onboard on the platform. This role will involve daily communication with hosts and travelers, assisting in the development of new partnerships, and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. Stipend INR 3500 per month (Negotiable) Performance based incentives (per-host basis) Duration Minimum 4 weeks Extension based on performance Strict requirements Communication skills, fluency in Malayalam is required In-person presence in and around Kochi, Kerala Qualifications Ability to work independently Interest or experience in the travel industry is a plus People currently pursuing a degree are preferred
