Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) located in Hyderabad. The GSA will be responsible for daily store operations, including serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring product quality. The role also involves handling cash transactions, restocking inventory, and providing excellent customer service to ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Ability to manage cash transactions accurately Store Maintenance and Inventory Management skills Basic Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
