As a Podiatrist at Circle Integrated Care in South and West Hertfordshire, you will be an integral part of the team, working full-time for 37.5 hours a week with a flexible shift pattern to provide podiatry assessment and follow-up treatment for outpatients. Your role will involve supporting the team in delivering care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community, demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect, and dignity. To excel in this role, you should be registered with the Health Professions Council (HCPC) and have knowledge of CSP and HPC Codes and guidelines, as well as the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements. Additionally, familiarity with Quality Assurance tools will be beneficial to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks. Your responsibilities will include actively supporting the implementation of national developments locally, maintaining Circle Healthcare Physiotherapy accreditation within the department, and participating in hospital cover/on-call rotas, including weeknights and weekend shifts as required.
