Podcast Video Editor

• Edit

  4 podcasts per month

  ensure clean cuts, engaging flow, and high-quality audio/video.
• Create

  57 high-impact short videos

  and

  5 short-form social media clips

  each month.
• Add subtitles in

  Kannada, English, and Hindi

  (software provided by the team).
• Edit and optimize videos for

  YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

  .
• Work on

  documentary edits

  for an NGO project as needed.
• Collaborate with the host to maintain consistency in tone, pace, and storytelling.
  
• Upload, format, and assist in boosting content across digital platforms.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Podcast or Video Editor

• Strong storytelling and pacing sense

• Proficiency in editing software such as:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Final Cut Pro

  • DaVinci Resolve

• Experience with subtitling in Kannada, Hindi, and English

• Knowledge of video formats for YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

• Basic motion graphics (After Effects or Canva)

• Experience in documentary editing

• Familiarity with awareness or issue-based content

• Opportunity to work on high-visibility, meaningful content

• Creative freedom to explore and enhance storytelling style
