Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Kanpur. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Duties also include inventory management, processing returns and exchanges, and providing product information to customers. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Sales and retail experience Basic math and computer skills Ability to manage inventory and process transactions High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
