Key Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects. Prepare and draft drawings, presentations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp,etc. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure design intent is implemented accurately. Support in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material palettes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and document updates. We are looking for an experienced Junior Architects/Architectural Draughtsman with a strong eye for detail and proficiency in working drawings to join our boutique team. Key Responsibilities Prepare precise architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets for luxury residential projects. Translate concept sketches and design inputs into detailed CAD drawings. Develop plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing with accuracy. Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed.
