As the Product Owner at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for managing the backlog, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating their outcomes. Your role will involve working closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality for the product. You should have at least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner in the GRC domain. Your main duties will include leading multiple Scrum teams, providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders, and creating requirements for the project. You will be responsible for defining and elaborating release backlogs, product feature backlogs, and preparing epics and user stories based on client communication. Additionally, you will assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align with the product strategy. Collaboration with Product Management to maintain a product backlog based on business value, leading product release plans, and taking ownership of end-to-end releases will also be part of your responsibilities. You will actively participate in mitigating impediments that may affect the successful completion of release or sprint goals. Researching and analyzing the market, users, and product roadmap to stay competitive and following industry trends will also be crucial in your role as a Product Owner at GlobalLogic.
