Minimum exp : 3 - 10 + years Open Positions: Mumbai & Delhi CTC: 24 - 25 LPA (Based on current) Agra & Kanpur CTC: 17 - 20 LPA (Based on current) Key Responsibilities: New Client Acquisition : Identify and onboard SME clients via self-sourcing, referrals, and market mapping. Cross-sell products and monitor portfolio health. Client Relationship & Retention : Maintain strong relationships, ensure service delivery, and address client concerns to enhance retention. Revenue & Collection Targets : Achieve business profitability, drive fee-based income, and ensure timely collections. Policy Compliance & Documentation : Manage end-to-end loan documentation, coordinate with credit & operations teams, and ensure compliance. Reporting & MIS : Share timely sales and lead closure reports with management for performance tracking. Job Purpose: To contribute to the enhancement of the business & profitability of the commercial finance Group by marketing / selling targeted working capital products and create new small medium enterprise (SME) clients by direct market reach out network & customer relationship management.Role & responsibilities. Job Context: Commercial Finance lending business provides short term working capital finance to companies in SME business segment. The product portfolio encompasses lending solutions/ products to corporates in form of PID, SID, PO Finance, WCDL & WCTL. CF RM is responsible for sourcing, proposing, arranging approval, disbursal, limit set up, utilisation, Servicing and managing the portfolio including renewal, hygiene etc. The RM is expected to create market visibility around brand and product proposition. The main challenges faced by this profile include keeping abreast of the latest market scenario, prospecting clients and converting a potential lead into a client amidst stiff competition, thoroughly understanding the client requirement & providing client satisfaction for harnessing long term relationship. Key Results Area: To undertake new client acquisition. To contribute to customer satisfaction of existing clients and customer retention. To achieve targeted profitability & fee income and collections. To adhere to the policy adherence and documentation. To formulate periodic MIS for effective monitoring.
