Had some really bad experience. Had to wait for more than an hour for very small amount of cash even though there were hardly few customers in bank. 1 or 2 people in staff were good. Otherwise the main guy looked lazy and pathetic!

Staff of this Branch don't behave in professional way , they thought the customers as their paid servant and clerk sitting over counter is God, HR department of PNB to provide adequate training to staff about Industrial behavior.I will advise not to have business atleast This Branch of PNB

bank is located at 1st floor . I have an issue with this Punjab National bank branch is they don't have ATM machine.this branch is very huge in case of area but still don't have a ATM I have problem with that and second thing some time …
