Shiny new building. Good architecture and really specious inside. Natural light illuminates most of the front part. There is a branch inside the building which PNB customers can access. There is an ATM too in the branch. No parking is available for the visitors. Entrance is on the service road.

You guys should train your staff how to address customer queries. There is a funny manager Ashish Jha who highlights question in the trailing email rather than writing and communicating properly to the customer. Height of laziness. God knows how such chaps get selected to assist customers.
