Job Description: Institutional Client Acquisition & Relationship Management • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mutual Funds, FIIs, PMS houses, Banks, and Family Offices. • Deepen wallet share through customized engagement and market insights. • Deliver bespoke investment solutions to institutional and HNI mandates. Equity Sales Execution & Deal Origination • Manage high-value equity deals IPOs, QIPs, block deals, and strategic placements. • Bridge real-time execution needs with strategic corporate access and research intelligence. • Drive revenue growth from institutional brokerage and advisory mandates. Corporate Access & Client Events • Organize and lead corporate access programs management meets, analyst days, and roadshows. • Represent the firm at investor summits and industry panels. • Be the market-facing voice of the firm in institutional forums and client webinars. Client-Aligned Sales Engagement • Define the research universe with actionable coverage across core sectors. • Guide sector analysts and develop high-quality thematic, earnings, and initiation reports. • Ensure relevance of research output to institutional portfolios and trading activity. Team Development & Sales Governance • Customize research decks and valuation models for strategic accounts. • Deliver institutional-grade research presentations and commentary on macro/micro trends. • Maintain two-way engagement with clientscapturing feedback and research requirements. Media Visibility & Brand Building • Lead analyst hiring, mentoring, and performance management. • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI Research Analyst Regulations and publishing standards. • Regularly contribute to financial publications and digital platforms with original insights.
